I am a theatre maker based in Strasbourg.
I have created a piece titled “Merci Alice!” a contemporary biographical theatre piece that brings back to life Alice Milliat, a forgotten pioneer who fought for women’s inclusion in sport in the early 20th century. Blending playfulness, music, and storytelling, the performance explores her struggle against institutional sexism and her role in creating the first Women’s Olympic Games, offering a powerful and accessible reflection on gender equality and ambition.
The piece is performing in French with surtitles in a variety of venues across France, Italy, and Bosnia. Beyond the stage, it is conceived as a powerful tool for raising awareness and fostering dialogue about the impact of sexism across diverse audiences ,a central aspect of my work. We perform not only in theatres, but also in prisons, schools, companies, and sports federations, creating spaces for discussion while honoring Alice Milliat’s legacy.
Alongside this project, I am currently developing a new piece, “Le bruit des portes” (“The Sound of Doors”), which explores violence against children and its lasting impact on woman life and intimate relationships.
