The Articulate Practitioner: Articulating Practice
Produced and Compiled by Jill Greenhalgh and Mike Brookes
This interactive DVD comprises research materials generated by The
Magdalena Project: International Network of Women in Contemporary
Theatre. The DVD includes documentary material from artist-led workshops,
performances, performed lectures, presentations and academic papers. It poses a number of research questions:
What are the articulations between scholarship and artistic production,
and between theory and practice in contemporary Women's Theatre?
What are the particular knowledges produced through practice?
In what ways are such practitioners 'articulate'?
The DVD seeks to enhance access to the intentions, repertoire and
archive of specific performance knowledges.
